Class Matters: An Overview

This is something I stumbled upon while researching 'social classes' topic.

This study+series of info graphics can show you which social class you belong to and whether you can move up or down the ledder in your lifetime.

Here's where I stand... pretty depressing... but there's hope :)

    this graphic is from the nytimes series i told you about. it's interesting because it changes so drastically depending upon what category you work in, other things being equal. for instance, if i chose any of the arts, i fall below middle class. if i chose education, particularly post secondary education, i fall in the upper middle class. hmm. what's that about??
